1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
To register and use bv9999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration
All players must register an account to access any real-money games or services on bv9999. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
- You are responsible for keeping your registration details accurate and up to date. If your details change, please update them through your account settings promptly.
- Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on bv9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
- bv9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bv9999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.
- Accounts found to have been registered with false information may be terminated and any associated balances forfeited.
Account verification protects you as well as the platform. Verified accounts process withdrawals faster and are less likely to be flagged for security reviews.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits on bv9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange exposure. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
- JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit via your registered JazzCash number
- Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit via your Easypaisa account
- Raast – instant interbank payment via Raast ID
- Bank Transfer – direct transfer from your Pakistani bank account
- Debit/Credit Cards – where supported by your card issuer
Deposits are typically credited to your bv9999 account within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on your bank. bv9999 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
- Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or the account may be suspended.
- bv9999 reserves the right to request proof of a deposit method at any time to confirm ownership.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit. This same-method rule is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect all players on the platform.
- To request a withdrawal, visit the Withdrawal section of your account, select your method, enter the amount and confirm the request.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been fully verified, your withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day also apply and are shown at the point of withdrawal.
- Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
- If you have claimed a bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. See the Bonuses section below for full details.
- bv9999 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure to protect player accounts.
Completing your account verification early makes withdrawals faster. Submit your CNIC and payment method confirmation through your account settings before you request your first withdrawal.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
bv9999 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be detailed at the point of offer. The general rules applying to all bonuses on bv9999 are as follows:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Bonuses are awarded in PKR and applied to your bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
- Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses may have an expiry period after which they are removed from your account along with any associated winnings if requirements have not been met.
- bv9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — through coordinated betting, arbitrage or other manipulation — may have bonuses removed and accounts suspended.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless otherwise stated.
7. Game Rules
bv9999 offers casino games including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker and other digital table games, a live casino section with real dealers, and a slots section with titles from multiple providers. The following rules apply across all game sections:
- All digital casino games on bv9999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine outcomes. Results are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Live casino games are played with real dealers via live video stream. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.
- All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and the game round has begun.
- In the event of a technical error, disconnection or game malfunction during a round, bv9999 will investigate and take appropriate action. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- bv9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a pricing mistake, software error or other technical issue.

8. Sports Betting
The bv9999 sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as football and esports. The following terms apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:
- All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed.
- Once a bet is confirmed, the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent changes.
- For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or postponed, settlement rules specific to the market type will apply. Outright winner markets on an abandoned match will typically be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified.
- In-play betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds change continuously and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
- Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section of the platform.
- bv9999 reserves the right to void bets placed after the start of an event where in-play betting was unavailable or where an error in pricing is identified.
- Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of match-fixing exploitation will result in immediate bet voidance and account suspension.
9. Player Conduct
bv9999 expects all players to
use the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform or its integrity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, script, automation tool or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any other game where collusion could affect outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward bv9999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
Breach of any conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform. bv9999 takes the integrity of its games and the safety of its players seriously and will act decisively against any player found to be in breach.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bv9999 account. This includes:
- Keeping your password private and not sharing it with anyone, including family members.
- Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
- Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Notifying bv9999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
bv9999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive a message requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
All account data and PKR transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. bv9999 does not store full payment card details on its servers. Despite these protections, no system is entirely without risk — you play a role in your own account security by following the guidelines above.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact bv9999 support immediately. We can temporarily freeze your account to prevent any further activity while the issue is investigated.
11. Responsible Gaming
bv9999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online gaming is entertainment — it should be enjoyable and within your means. The following tools and principles apply:
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in or deposit.

- Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, network issues or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from your failure to follow account security guidelines or your sharing of account credentials.
- Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform.
bv9999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. In the event of an unplanned outage, bv9999 will work to restore services as quickly as possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits bv9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
bv9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — bv9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of bv9999 after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
